I currently live by myself in a not so good part of town. My apartment costs 600 a month (just rent), and its pretty small. Two of my friends (both girls my age) are getting a 2 bedroom apartment with a loft. They told me that i could pay 300 a month to live in the loft, and there moving to a very nice part of town. One of the girls is my best friend, and the other one were just normal friends, and I work with both of them. I wouldn't have to put down a deposit, or be on a lease, and I could move out anytime I wished. I am also graduating college in May, and neither of them are in school. Plus, a loft has almost no privacy, but the girls told me that I can do anything I want with it, and they will respect my privacy. Should I do it?

First off, the money would be great because you would save as well as being in a nicer neighborhood. You must all three sit down and decide rules and housework so as not to get snappy and on each others nerves. That does tend to happen. Have your life outside of these friends and things should work out. It sounds like a good situation all around. Good luck.

Dude, in a heart beat I'd do it. It's your last year in college so you proabably are past the gnarley hard core study sessions it took you to get where you are. You'll save 300 a month and living w/two chicks has some serious upside.

you did say you could move out any time you wished so whats the harm in giving it a try. when girls say they will respect your privacy they mean it so you dont havw to worry abotu them. plus the money situation works better for you. doesnt an extra 300 dollars every month sound good??
