There is a Atlantic Ocean Satellite at http://www.weather.com/maps/geography/oceans/atlanticoceansatellite_large.html

If you go to http://www.nodc.noaa.gov/dsdt/cwtg/ you can see all Water Temperatures in Degrees Fahrenheit in the northern atlantic coast, central atlantic coast, southern atlantic coast, and the other atlantic sites.

There is information about the Atlantic Ocean at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlantic_Ocean

"The Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation is an ongoing series of long-duration changes in the sea surface temperature of the North Atlantic Ocean, with cool and warm phases that may last for 20-40 years at a time and a difference of about 1°F between extremes. These changes are natural and have been occurring for at least the last 1,000 years." Said on http://www.aoml.noaa.gov/phod/amo_faq.php

I hope this information helps you.
