Yes. It is Clinton's fault,,he is also responsible for the sinking of the titanic, the tsunami of 2004, Global Warming, He deprived daddy Sccoby doo of Scooby snacks as well. Oh, and he is responsible for the budget deficit during the Bush presidency.
