buffing is the best... but u can use "gel-gloss" brand... read instructions.

one thing you could try is baking soda and water mixed to make a paste then use a soft cloth or brush. or if you know some1 who has a dremel tool. they should have a polishing attachment that will get the job done in no time.

go to Lowes or Home Depot. they sell this polish
