Jet lag is the disoriented feeling you get when you travel on a long flight to someplace that is in another time zone and you find yourself surrounded by people having breakfast which is a meal you had hours ago. It takes a while to get you body's internal clock reset to the new time (and then it's probably time to fly home).

Jet leg is the leg problems caused by poor circulation that you experience when you are crammed into a small seat without being able to stretch your legs for such a long time that your circulation to the legs becomes stagnant. It has the possibility of blood clots that could travel to your lungs or heart or brain with deadly potential. Try getting up and walking or wiggling your toes or similar exercises to keep your circulation more active.

Jet lag is when your body is in one time zone and your head is still in the one you left. Jet leg is either talking about DVT (deep vein thrombosis) or the return journey of a private jet with no passengers on board. If you were talking to somebody from New Zealand you would have to ask them the difference between Jet leg and Jet lig.

A Private Jet Leg (also known as an Empty Leg) is simply a flight in a private jet that isn't carrying passengers. Usually, a private charter jet has dropped off passengers and is returning home to base "empty".

Jet lag, also jetlag or jet-lag, is a physiological condition which is a consequence of alterations to the circadian rhythm. Such alterations result from shift work, daylight saving time, altered day length, or as the name implies, transmeridian travel as on a jet plane. They are known as desynchronosis, dysrhythmia, dyschrony, jet lag, or jet syndrome. The condition is generally believed to be the result of disruption of the "light/dark" cycle that entrains the body's circadian rhythm. It can be exacerbated by environmental factors.

Never heard of jet leg but from the sound of it, it might be you sitting down for too long and getting pins and neddles or DVT.

Jet lag is tiredness from changing time zones.

Do you mean the risk of getting DVT in the leg through flying. Not sure that is what you mean but it is the only thing I can think of
