Triple H's injury is real..he suffered a ruptured tendon in his right quadricep muscle.So he will be out for about 4-6 months to rehabilitate the injury.
-Stephanie McMahon and Triple H are married and have a baby girl together called Aurora Rose Levesque
-King Booker and Queen Sharmell are married
-CM Punk and Maria are dating
-Lita and Edge are not together anymore

Interesting question I happened to be ringside at New Years Revolution and remember the moment when he tore his quad.I actually said to the guy next to me"I think he just retore his quad."But,I also suspected that he might have been like you said staging the injury to get some time off with his new daughter.But I did actually see it happen live and when they confirmed it on the website the following day I beleived it.It it was acting,HHH gets the academy award.He sold it to me.Check out the Drs report on wwe.com.And of course,HHH is Stephanie McMahons husband.Other couples include HHH and Chyna,Matt Hardy and Lita,Charlie Haas and Miss Jackie,Edge and Lita,Golddust(Dustin Runnels) and Terry Runnels,Marc Mero and Sable to name a few.

Paul's (hhh) injury was real. He tore only one of his quad tendons unlike the last time a few years ago it was four of them. I heard the Torrie Willison and her Husband Billy Kidman have filed for divorce. CM Punk and Maria are an item. Ashely and Matt Hardy are an item. Stephanie and Paul are an item and there daughter is so cute. I have seen pics on there myspace site.
Here is update info on the game. This is almost the same thing on wwe.com website, but Steph had switched his name when posted this on her Myspace.com site. No, she was not there when he got injuried unlike the last time in about 2000.
Paul emerged from quadriceps surgery at approximately 7:30 p.m. today in Birmingham, Ala. Dr. Andrews reports that Paul's surgery went well with no complications.
The operation confirmed that the quadriceps tendon was completely torn off the bone and kneecap in his right leg. The tendon was otherwise in good condition and was reattached to the patella.
Paul was in good spirits all day and looking forward to the recovery process. He told many that he was not nervous about the surgery because he was confident in Dr. Andrews' abilities.
According to Dr. Andrews, Paul will need four to six months of recovery before returning to in-ring action. He will begin rehabilitation immediately in Alabama for the next three weeks before he returns home to continue with his physical therapy. The current prognosis is that Paul should be walking again in six weeks.

HHH and Stephanie are in life a real couple and just had a baby not long ago. HHH is hurt but it will give him time at home with his family. I think Shawn is going to take a break to I heard he need surgery also.

lita and edge are NOT together anymore. he decided to stay with his wife and lita as far as anyone else knows right now is single. maria is dating cm punk, and kelly kelly is dating test.
