Yes, but not everyone has the same idea of what is right and what isn't..Laws, however are not always moral or just. If you really want to know how to determine what is right in a given situation, then you could ask yourself "What would Love do?" or "What would kindness do?" It might take some deep soul searching for some people, but if most people just think about, and ask themselves...How would I feel if someone did that to me, or for me?....then you can pretty much tell if something is right or wrong by how it makes you feel!!! If it would make you feel good, then it is a good thing to do, and if it would make you feel bad then it is a harmful thing to do!!!!

That is a rather philosophical debate. I would have to know more about what exactly you would be doing to break the law. Of course, you can always say, "If the ends justify the means." Bottom line: is the deed worth spending some time in prison or on probation?

Not enough info here for me to do "justice."

Generally, one should do what one believes is right, and be willing to pay the price, if it is a violation of man's law.

Here's an example of a case I had: A woman comes into the tent where she and her bf were living, and finds him with another girl. She physically beats the snot out of both of them. She agreed to take 11/29 suspended for 2 assaults. It was worth it, for her. Me? I would have laughed at them both and walked away.

It's a vague question. If a sign was posted no swimming and someone was drowning I would break the law.

It depends on what it is. If it is violent, then no. If you are talking about civil disobedience, like Martin Luther Kind Jr., then you absolutely should.

As long as you are not hurting someone else or putting someone else at risk with your actions, screw the law.

Everything has a price, and that is determined by what you are willing to pay.
