Order of the Phoenix. I liked the idea of Harry sort of growing up and expanding his "magical family."

I have all of the audio books and we enjoy listening to them as a family. My kids have had me decorate the kitchen as they imagine a wizard family's kitchen. We've got magical cookbooks, herbs, antique looking jars of "ingredients" and even a dragon's egg in there. Next they want the basement done up like a wizard's home (I keep thinking Grimauld Place but slightly less "dark:).

Anyway, we love the books and will miss the lively discussions of what may happen next once the last book comes out. It will be like the end of an era.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban!

For me, it has to be Book 4, Harry Potter and The Goblet Of Fire. It is a turning point in the series, noticeably darker, while also developing the characters in interesting ways. Harry notices girls for the first time, Harry falls out with Ron, Ron falls out with Hermione. Not only that, but it introduces colourful new characters, best of them being Rita Skeeter.
And the story itself is a blistering read. JK Rowling's staggering talent for invention is evident. The tasks are pure adrenaline, Voldemort's return (and Cedric Diggory's death) is shocking. I enjoyed this book immensely and couldn't wait for the fifth one.

The Prisoner of Azkaban reigned supreme for a while but I think the last one Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince was a page-turning blinder! And Snape (my fave character) is he really a goody or a baddy? Who knows and can't wait to find out!! :)

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban- just because I love Sirius<3

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was really good too because of Harry/Ginny and because everything was really crazy and exciting.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, so I'm really looking forward to the film of it this July! I've just finished re-reading it for the umpteenth time!

My least favourite is Chamber of Secrets.

I love all the Harry Potter books! I cannot chose a favorite because in my eyes it is all one continuous story. And I cannot wait for the final book to be released.
