No they usually wear pantyhose WITH panties. Pantyhose does not support that area as well as panties do and also it is not safe for hygiene reasons...can cause from small irritation to an infection.

I don't think anyone prefers to wear pantyhose!
If you are going to wear pantyhose, then you should wear them with panties. Any health/hygiene adviser would tell you that you should wear any cotton crotch panties with pantyhose--even if the pantyhose have the added cotton crotch. If you don't, conditions are optimum for the dreaded yeast infection.

Absolutely. They've had "all in ones" (these have built-in panties so you would be wearing double panties if you put on underwear as well) for decades now. I don't know any women who wear panties with their pantyhose.

i hate pantyhose ... period ... most women do ... they are freakin irritating ... unless they are made of silk ... and those i can only do a few hours ... but there is a community of women out there who wear them without undies ...
