Very much the same way you would with 2 windows machines but easier. Just enable windows file sharing in MAC and then your windows will see it as a network drive.
This of course assuming you connect them with a crossover cable or through a router.

I am a little slow this morning. I just realized you said wireless. For this you need a router, than all is good.

Macs and Windows don't like each other very much.

You can try to have them connect to the same wireless router, but I doubt it will work.

you would possibly want to save the date list in distinct platforms, yet i ask your self why you opt for to. The psedition is better effective to the Mac version. I favor they could get the Mac version as a lot as speed!
