Easy.
If you haven't had sex you ask yourself, "Am I pregnant?"
Then you answer yourself, "No."
THAT said, if you have some bizarre, rationalizing definition of sex (such as, "it doesn't count if he doesn't ejaculate inside of me") then you take a test if your period is late -- like anyone else who is sexually active.

Unless he ejaculated on your vagina i highly doubt that you're pregnant. If he ejaculated on your vagina, take a test to see.. it's not very probable, but it has happened.
If you're a teen and your period is late, and you haven't had sex, that could be normal, a lot of teen girls are irregular.
If you're really concerned about it see your doctor, there are other reasons for your period to be late aside from pregnancy, and most of them are pretty treatable.

You cannot get pregnant if you don't have sex...however if you had an artificial insemination, then you may be pregnant. If you never had sexual intercourse or any semen inserted in you, you are not pregnant.
If you had semen inserted inside you, I would then take a pregnacy test.
