When I was a kid and still lived at home with my parents (back before Cable modems) I would sneak into the computer room late at night to get online and cover the computer with my body to muffle the noise of the modem dialing up...
This has been a lifelong illness...

growing up, can remember, getting the first T.V, all black and white, when we got color, aha, it was like a miracle, still just a bit scarced of this thing, but the fun keeps bringing me back
