Is it safe to use ink cartridges that have been recycled instead from the original brand?

I have a Dell computer but can't afford to purchase the ink directly from Dell. Is it safe to use a "refurbished" or recycled cartridge?

They leak.

Definitely. They are the same cartridge. Ink is ink. Refurbished are cleaned, inspected, and refilled. Just like new

well dude I hope the shop u give that catridge knows what he is doing..cause most of the times (as in my case) the ink leaked and messed up my printer!
I would go with the original anyday.
