abortion. I have been in a committed relationship since then and have been hoping to become pregnant and for three years with no birthcontrol, I have not become pregnant, I am 39 soon to be 40 in march, is it my age. I have also been under a lot of stress lately could it be that? What can we do?

Could be your age, could be stress, could be complications from the abortion. If you're sure you want another one you should see a Doctor. It's not clear though if the man you're trying with now is the father of any of these others, so it could be a fertility problem with him too if he wasn't.
