I can't answer that, but I know that Masters and Johnson did extensive sex research, and if the answer is out there, it is likely to come from their work. So check out their papers and or books.

However TRY in

Hrmm.. i dont know if there is a who's who in orgasms..
but there are alot of differant groups out there (Tantra, UnBallah) who claim that with the correct breathing and mental focus orgasms (both male and female) can go on for hours..
