These are just bonuses--and are in addition to well remunerated salaries to begin with. Where does all of that money come from to generate such "generous" bonuses?

Isn't free enterprise wonderful?

They got these because their businesses made profits.

Good for them!

So? The money belongs to the company and board of directors, they can do with it what they please. I notice that most of the people harping on the big bonuses of execs don't seem to be worried about the outrageous salaries left-wing Hollywood actors demand for poor performances in crappy movies or the outrageous price of a ticket to see Babs caterwauling on stage or the amount of money paid to professional athletes. Why is an executive who made bunches of money for his stockholders treated with such disdain?

Who knows where the money comes from, it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS to give a "bonus" like that! Some people didn't even get Christmas and those idiots made bank!
