The court said that because I carried $10,000 cash it was sufficient evidence to confiscate it for "drug trafficing" even though they have not and will not charge me with a crime. This is not right!@

Why I had cash is none of anyone's business. This is the United States--I don't have to tell anyone why, including the authorities. It was for legitimate purposes. MY MONEY=I can carry as much as I want in any form I want.

Amazing how stupid you all are--American sheep. WHERE did I ever say I was dealing drugs? I specifically said I was NOT dealing drugs, and they have no evidence that I was, and they've admitted this in court.
UNITED STATES LAW does not require they have evidence of a crime to seize assets in "drug crimes". LOOK IT UP--the courts have ruled that they can take money and that carrying large sums of cash is all the evidence necessary--even if they don't charge you with a crime, it's theirs to keep. LOOK IT UP. You people are going to wonder who's going to stick up for you but nobody will be left. I hope you get what you've given me.
