McNabb has had plenty of chances with good Eagles teams (4 straight NFC Championship appearances)but the good teams he has played on may have passed him up Who will he throw the ball to next year? Westbrook can only have so many 70+ catches out of the backfield every year and he has no receivers that can produce consistently TE is a strength but not a serious weapon. Then there is the deal with injuries---can he sustain himself for a full season? Although the NFC is weak and all but two or three teams have a legitimate playoff chance, the Eagles are not considered contenders for the super bowl at this point. They have alot of holes to fill right now to even be considered in the same class as Chicago, Seattle, New Orleans in NFC and INDY, NE, SD in AFC. It definitely won't happen this year and time is catching up to him quickly---He is a good QB when he is healthy but he can't carry that offense by himself if he has nobody to throw to downfield. Westbrook is an asset but is starting to feel the wear and tear as well

No, because he and Jeff Garcia could both stick it to T.O. if the
Eagles won the SuperBowl. Both quarterbacks have had their problems with the former 49er/Eagle and now Cowboy wideout.
T.O. is a great player for his position, but you can't win in a team
sport with just one individual talent like him. That's an unfair
criticism of McNabb. It's not his fault totally if they lose, and it's
not because of him if they win. It's a team game, remember that.

he would be happy for garcia. according to jeff, he and donovan have a great relationship. I also think that donovan knows this could be the last chance that garcia has at winning it all (he's almost 37). donovan has a lot more years left to succeed at winning a superbowl. so hopefully, garcia wins it all and next year donovan does.

Donovan McNab is a team player and would be happy to see the Eagles win the Super Bowl. He'd be an idiot for being any other way.
After all, if the Eagles win it all, the whole team makes a lot of extra bonuses! McNab included!

No and even if he was, he's enough of a man that he'd never admit it in public. It'd be bittersweet if they won the Super Bowl because he wasn't there but a ring is a ring and he played half the season for them.

No, he won't be happy. But he is good, and would want what is best for the team.
