My Female guinea pig keeps pooping and peeing in her food bowl. Everytime she does this it messes up the food and i have to keep dumping it out and putting more in there. Ive been trying to put the food on the floor of the cage lately but it gets scattered around. I wouldnt be suprised if the pellets were making the cage stink too. Its annoying and a waste of perfectly good guinea pig food. What should i do?

Go to the feed store and get a metal side hanging food container. I had the same problem with my daughters rabbits. The new container works great. As for the water get an outside the cage water bottle at the feed or pet store.

My little girl does the same thing! Get another bowl and fill the one that she likes to go to the bathroom in with some bedding and a piece of paper towel underneath.

Only feed her twice a day what she will eat in about 10 minutes. She may fuss about this at first, but she will get used to it and you will save money in the long run. My pigs used to do this too, and it was annoying.
