Yup, It's indeed Bizarre Inc.'s PLaying with Knives (One of my favoutire records, Also check the B-side PLUTONIC is a rave classic)
The sample is also used in Can You feel The Passion from Blue Pearl

AH YES THE FONZ IS CORRECT, CHECK IT OUT ,BIZZARE INC'S PLAYING WITH KNIVES IS MUCH BETTER....PROBOBLY SHOWING MY AGE THERE..
