I am sure your house is fine. Sometimes we obsess about things when we don't need to. And as the mother of a grown child and two grandchildren, let me just say, there will be plenty to time for extra cleaning after everyone is gone. Enjoy your children and your home just the way it is. Someday you will wish for the unorganized and less than perfect.

I live alone in a big house, and have the same problem. I discovered that cleanliness does not mean only to be clean...but to be well-arranged. Re-arrange you house furnature setup to let things of the same nature near to each other...then- to my amazment- keep your curtains folded beautifully, with light gause stretched to give you the feeling of sealing any dust out, Soft light has a great effect too.

Just calm down, I am sure if everyone says it is not dirty it is probably just you. After kids things are different than before. Don't waste your precious time with your kids obsessing over a dirty house. Just think about what is truly important. No you are not crazy, just normal.

I feel the same way, I'm sure your house looks fine, and my house looks fine too, but there will always be something to clean...always! I grew up in a spotless house (thanks mom) and now I am a crazy neat freak too. I can't help you, but I promise you're not the only one

You might have a mild form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). It makes you constantly think about something (like cleaning) and you feel you can relax until its done.

Maybe you should visit your doctor coz im sure they have medication for it.

Good luck!

You hit the button right on the head. The key is organization. I am going through this right now.
