It will be difficult answering this question without sounding racist but I will try.

Jimmy the Greek was a sport caster in the 70's. His hypothesis on why black people so dominate the sporting world is that they were bred to be physically superior. Jimmy the Greek contends that it is basically economic of owning slaves way back in the days before the American civil war. If a slave owner has 10 slaves and he wants to increase the value of his net worth, he will have to increase the number of slaves he has. It's a fact that women with wider hips will have a easier time giving birth and easier births also fives the woman a better chance to survive multiple births. Since the slave are merely "properties", the slave owners will want the biggest and strongest slaves to mate with the widest hipped slave female to give birth to healthy strong slave babies to increase his wealth; why would he want to have sickly slaves to not do work and has to spend money to care for the sick slave? Small, sickly slaves were probably not allowed to mate as dind't the small hipped female slaves.

As generations of selective breeding went on, the male slaves got bigger and stronger and the female slaves, while also got bigger and stronger, received wider hips. The small, sickly slaves and the narrow hipped female slaves were probably bred out of the gene pool with few exceptions.

Notice I said this is Jimmy the Greek's "hypothesis"? Hypothesis is something not proven; theory is something that was proven and can be repeated. Unfortunately, this is also a theory. With out sounding demeaning and disrespectful, selective breeding is also practiced on animals to produce the desired physical attributes.

As for the person who made the comment about lice, it's actually true. It's not that white people "attract" lice more than black people...black people tend to use more oil-based products in their hair and lice suffocate in oil.

That is just how we are shaped. That is a genetic predisposition that we have, just like our dark skin and tightly curled hair.
