Look in your trade publications.

I know that they would be different depending upon if you are mechanical, civil, electrical etc

Lots of employers advertise in those and keep an eye out for companies that are doing business in the countries that you have an interest in.

also, GET YOUR PASSPORT! START NOW getting your passport! It takes about a month from application to arrival. If you get selected for one of the overseas positions, you would not want to be alerted to a problem obtaining your passport at THAT time..

Actually, the best way to do that is to either send your information directly to a company that is looking for internships, or to just tell your school that you would rather work for a long distance internship or program than for anything else. I believe that there are some websites that would speed that process up, but I think that you might do best working through a company specifically.
