About 11 am - but I am shocked at how many responding refer to their mail carrier as lazy. Quite often - they start at 6:30 or 7am and are working til all of the mail on their route is done. If you're getting mail late in the day - it's because of how the route was laid out for your carrier. Your carrier doesn't make that decision - some pencil pusher somewhere does.
Have some respect for those that deliver your mail - it's not an easy job - and no - I'm not a mail carrier! :)

It must be really early, because no matter what time of day I wake up, there's the mail. Sitting there, looking at me through the window, just giving me a little wink to let me know about all the bills waiting for me inside. Damn mail.....

5:00 p.m. I hate that, because I like getting my mail when I come home from work. Especially when I am waiting for checks!
