SO3 + H2O ==> H2SO4

I think you mean SO3 + H2O --> H2SO4. Already balanced.

It should not be SO4^2- ion on reactant side ,but SO3 on reactant side.Balance equation is
SO3+H2O ==> H2SO4

Not balances you retard, there is 5 O on the reactant side.
