I think pimps and hos is probably a bit cliched, so what's the best theme to get the women turning up in next to nothing? It's a house party, mind, so it can basically be anything. Beach party is probably a bit too predictable, but variations on this theme will be considered.

Honestly, you cannot go wrong with a luau. One time we did a winter one and actually had an indoor sandbox with sand toys and an indoor kiddie pool. We had lawn chairs and beach towels all around and suntan lotion and beach balls. Lots of blender drinks. Some steel drum calypso music. It was a little messy but soooo worth it. If you do this, splurge and crank up the thermostat earlier in the day. It won't work if folks are chilly.
A great theme is "Everybody Must Get Lei'd." Pass out leis and kisses at the door.
But, hey, if you are really brave, call it a birthday party and stress "birthday suits only!" Ha! Ha!

Playboy mansion theme works wonders.
Or a costume party. Tons of women use Halloween as an excuse to wear lingerie with cat ears and say it's a kitty costume, lol.
A pool party would work...hell, bikinis probably cover less than most "ho" outfits would.
You could try an old western saloon/brothel theme. Those old lingerie corset outfits are hot.
So many ideas, so little space.

You could have a Rocky Horror Show back yard/in the house party. There are videos on the YouTube video sharing site about it.
Ask someone who has seen the show and is no longer a 'Rocky Horror Show Virgin', what people wear, what goes on, etc, and see 2nd link below.

ah, that is the trick you see, if you ask for something obvious like pimps n hos then the women cover up - get them to wear furry animal costumes, turn up the heat, then serve a few drinks and observe!!!
