Addition: it doesn't say "Muhammed is the prophet" or anything like that, it says that Muhammed is SAYING "If you are tired..."

i think it's something that the prophet Mohamad has said, it goes like this: " if you are tired or unhappy or bothered just say (La ilaha illa Allah) there is no God except God himself"
