Lunar Soil Components:

Oxygen = 42%
Silicon = 21%
Iron = 13%
Calcium = 8%
Aluminium = 7%
Magnesium = 6%

Other elements = 3%
Among other elements there is Iron , Thallium Etc....in traces!

Moon is a land mass just like Earth. There is evidence of ice at the poles of Moon.Temperatures on Moon are far more extreme compared to Earth. Moon just like Earth can be divide in to 3 parts. the crust, mantle and core.What is contained in Earth or moon is based on trhe study of volcanic and such events. As far as we know Moon's crust consists of rocky materials. The mantle mostly consists of iron and magnesium. The core consists of mainly iron. There is evidence of radio-active materials also.
