in a recent survey i read it was the Americans who wore the smallest waisted trousers in the world.Mind you what the survey didnt say is that they have huge elastic cords in them to fit over their piggy bellies.

This is why this world is messed up. I am american and no one asked me about my weight. Stop believing everything you read. There was no survey. If you come to America you will find that we are not the slimmest people. I always thougth the asians were the smallest waisted people. I guess it depends on how you look at it, you can either see it for yourself or read what someone else thinks. Thank you and GOD bless.

Thats a false report with all the easy living and MacDonald
restaurants around. An opposite report came out a few years ago.

There may be a few who fit this category, but the average woman's size is a 16 in America, that's not slim.

I don't know where you found such a survey, because the USA have the highest # of overweight people, so I think Americans are far from consider themselves to be the slimmest people.

That survey was bull***t. I thought 1 in 3 Americans were obese.
I think there was something wrong with that tape measure.

You're wrong on the part of the body where most Americans carry their fat. For most that I know, it's their head not their waist.

The slimmest? Try the fattest! They have just changed sizing over the last 15 years . . . giving you bigger pants with a "smaller" size . . that's so people don't feel as fat as they really are.
