One reason why women don't have equal pay is that the women's rights groups aren't pushing it enough, so there isn't a lot of pressure on the government to change it. You usually see men doing physical labor jobs because employers don't like to hire women for heavy labor jobs. This is because women can't do as much as men can, because a woman's body isnt built to be able to do heavy manual labor, and a man's is. That part is strictly genetic. You rarely see women construction workers and things like that because a boss doesnt want to be liable if she hurts herself, or put her on maternity leave, or pay her even though she will be doing less. There are some women who can do just as much, just as easily, but not a lot.

Neither. I'm old fashioned. I think that women working and having access to all these jobs is what really ruined it for everyone. Men aren't able to take care of their families on one income so the wife has to work and the kids are being raised by someone else. Sad.
