This question is very vague as to its content, with language skills like those no college will accept you.

You do need to work on your Communication skills, as your question was a little difficult to interpret!
I think the answer really depends on WHICH college you are trying to study at and WHAT course of study you intend to follow.
I suggest you seek some serious Careers Advice, maybe from your intended college...... You may decide on other courses of study, or maybe work on getting better grades (if needed) to follow your chosen course of study.
Don't give up!.... Education has many Avenues, and all can be used to better your life, and give you the desire to keep on learning!
