It makes no difference what time of day you're eating. As long as you doing some kind of activity after wards. Most people agree that you shouldn't eat after 8pm, but that's only because most people don't do anything after 8pm but sit around and read a book or watch TV, then go off to bed. If you eat your last meal of the day, then go to bed within four hours of that meal, you should do some kind of aerobic activity for at least 30 minutes after you've finished the meal. Then you'll be fine. Just don't eat, then sit around, then go to sleep. That's when you'll gain the most weight.

No, the only and most sensible way to lose weight is to eat three healthy and well balanced meals per day, 800 calories is not enough for a healthy and well balanced diet, you body needs fuel to burn and unless you put it in your system no fat is going to move, if you want to lose weight be sensible about it, there are lots of good sites on line to help, good luck.

common sense is not to eat too much before you sleep-as this is when you are less active, don't drop below 1000 calories and dont eat after 6am. you need to eat affter 4pm as you are working through the night, if you dont you will become weak and ill.

Depends on what you eat, the worst thing is to eat & sit & veg in frount of the T.V, Have a meal then try to take a walk, or do the washing up, dont veg, but no currys or kebabs, i used to eat half a lemon before going to bed, it breaks up the fat

that depends on the time you go to bed?
I do believe it's true but it doesn't mean you can eat cream cake before 4pm and still lose weight! LOL
