I would get an air compressor and air hose and blast it out with air.

Use an electricians fish tape. Sometimes installers leave a vent tee right after the unit, try to enter the pipe at this point and jar some of the debris loose. Keep in mind the clog could be on either side of the tee. If you have success run water through it to fluch it all out.

If you have access to the free end, pump water TO the PVC pipe until you hear and have water ejecting from the unit end. Otherwise use an alkaline solution to clean the cold grill and let is flow to the clogged pipe . Keep it there for 15 minutes, then rinse with water, and dry with a blower

Blow it out with air, then clean it internally (if you can) with a long brush or electricians fish. May want to clean out the condensate tray to get any crud in it out , so it doesn't go into the drain pipe.

Use a wet/dry vac to suck the clog right out. Once you get the suction started you can pull the vac away as it should all flow right up on it's own accord, kinda neat.

Use a shop vac and suck it out. Don't push the clog back into the AC unit.
