It really depends on who you ask.
Here is what you need to keep in mind. You can't reuse formula. But breastmilk is different than formula. Breastmilk contains antibodies. These antibodies can help kill off any bacteria from baby's mouth that got into the milk. Because of this, it really should be safe to save the left-over milk and use it at the next feeding as long as it is no longer than 6-8 hours later.
Per Breastfeeding, A Guide for the Medical Profession by Ruth Lawrence, MD (p. 438):
"Breastmilk can safely stand at room temperature for 6 to 8 hours and need not be discarded if the first feeding attempt is incomplete. In contrast, formula must be refrigerated and discarded after the first feeding attempt because it contains no antibodies or infection protection factors."

i might want to pick to amend the first answer to *sparkling* breastmilk might want to be properly saved... once the milk has been provided, or if the milk has been refrigerated or frozen, it really is now no longer sparkling. it really is going to be treated like all different sparkling food and refrigerated and used interior 24 hours, on the subsequent attainable feeding or to blend with food for the toddler on the subsequent feeding.

Yes, that's the great thing about breastmilk. It lasts longer at room temp than formula. I would suggest sniffing it first though to make sure it doesn't smell sour.

If it's been over an hour, no, unless it was refrigerated during that time.

if you pumped it right before you originally fed him it is good for 2 hours. if it was refigerated or frozen and you had to heat it up before you fed him it is only good for 1 hour.
