You can try buying books off of eBay. They take "PayPal" which is an accouont you can set up from your bank account. OR look for other sites that do the same.

Well, that would depend of where you are. Some places sell English language books outside of Enlish speaking countries. Also, you could open an account for a debit card and use it to buy books online. I do it all the time.
