The South Owns college football. I already know that the SEC is one of the toughest conferences in football, but do you think the SEC will start to dominate? (like the way the AFC dominates the NFC every year in the NFL)

Yes because I don't believe the SEC is as strong as it can be, on a scale of one to ten the SEC is a six and will improve next year.

LSU is better than Florida to me, Arkansas was good this year, Georgia is getting back into the game, Alabama just got a good coach, Auburn is doing better than they ever have and the rest of them are improving.

DaDirty,

One can argue that now, but things happen in cycles.

For many many years the NFC ruled the NFL.....and I mean by a strangle hold. Think about the 49ers, Redskins, Giants, Cowboys, to say the least.

Relative to how long the NFL has been going on.....it's only in recent years that the AFC has been the dominant force.

It goes in waves. It was not to long ago people were saying how the Big East was horrible and shouldn't be in the BCS. They were also saying how the ACC hod too many good teams. Now, of course, the ACC is way worse then the Big East. Don't be surprised if in 5 years the SEC is not that good and some other conference is on top.

No. The Big Ten still puts out some good team, sure the Bucks were a big disspoinment in the Championship game but i dont think the SEC will dominate....

So if the Gators are National Champs, what does that make Auburn Univeresity?(those of you who dont know was the only game fl lost this year) well I say Bragging rights that we beat the national champs and won the performance of the year against the same team. :)
