My doc told me any tylenol products are safe during pregnancy, even the "cold and flu", which worked great for my husban when he was sick.

I'd probably get in contact with your midwife or doctor and ask what meds are safe for sure but paracetamol is fine to take after 12weeks of pregnancy but only taken as direct and you should always contact your health professional before taking any over the counter meds especially during pregnancy. Hope you feel better soon!

I am not into the chemical thing. Try chicken soup(homemade), starting off with a pot of water and throw in a piece of chicken(a wing or two) bought raw from the meat market. You are gonna boil the goodness out of it-that includes the chicken fat (so what, you are fat too) As it boils, add a little bit of veges(frozen peas, carrots- or fresh if you got them, semi handful of rice,a bit of noodle, a little salt, pepper and after about an hour of cooking(when the meat should have come off the bones) the bones got good stuff in them too so leave them in there to cook it out,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,have a bowlful. Your sinus blockage is the first thing to go. Works infinitely better than any pill and is safe100%. Have a couple of meals of that...and you should be healthy.

Contact your doctor; unfortuantely, there aren't many meds at all that are safe for your baby, but Yahoo answers is not the right place to find out the ones that ARE.

Not much is safe during pregnancy. Contact your ob/gyn they should have a list of safe meds. I know I was given one when I was pregnant.
