I don't as you ever find out who did it--you can download Lavasoft Adaware SE which blocks hijackers. You might go to Tools-Internet Options and check your security is set on medium and in Advance be sure your Java script disabled, I used to have alot of attempted highjacks til I did that- never actually had a highjack as I had Adaware--but there were attempts, now haven't even had an attempt anymore.

I don't think you will get any help in finding where it came from. However we can help you get rid of it.

Update and run your Anti-Virus program. Don't have one? You can run a free online scan from CA.

If eTrust can not find and fix it you can use this very powerful tool. Please be careful using it. You may want to get some help from a forum that specializes in removing such thing.

Download HijackThis---http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php#hijackthis. Run and Save a Log. When you log comes up copy and paste the entire log at http://www.hijackthis.de/ . Analyze your results. You will then get a screen that will tell you if you have any nasty stuff in your computer. Follow instructions to deal with any nasties. CAUTION: This is a very powerful tool. Be careful.
