That really depends on what you're into and what turns you on. Sorry, but I need some details to help better! Are you into romantic, erotic stuff, or things more on the edge, a little rougher? Do you like femme/femme, butch/femme, or butch/butch? How about BDSM?
Anyhow, if you like a mix of romantic and rough, with lots of butches and femmes all thrown in together with heavy doses of BDSM, you can get no better than Pat Califia; all books by Califia are insanely hot and definitely pass 'the wet test'. But they may be a little much if you aren't into BDSM. Try "Macho Sluts" if you want to try Califia's stuff.
If you like butch/butch, definitely seek out "Set in Stone", edited by Angela Brown. Very hot stuff, plus a nice, subtle title.
If butch/femme is your thing, there are many books addressing just that. "Back to Basics: A Butch/Femme Anthology" by Therese Szymanski is nice, more romantic, but still very hot and sexy. And it's got a sort-of subtle title . . . you wouldn't know it was erotica, at least.
If you like femme/femme, try "Glamour Girls: Femme/Femme Erotica" by Rachel Kramer Bussel. I can't vouch for it, since I'm not really into femme/femme, but it looks good enough from what I've seen.
For really good books that have a mix of everything, varying in characters, setting, tone, and sex in each story, these are some good ones:
