You could just put the phrase "I don't want a good job" because that's what tattoos on your hands say to people.
Put it somewhere where it can be covered. I have 22 tattoos and all can be covered by jeans and a t-shirt.
Oh, and don't do anything stupid like put a girl's name on you.

You could do Henna if you like it. Google tattoos and find one you really like and go from there. I don't know if I would start out on my hands tho!
