Islam’s declaration of faith, its creedal statement, is the most important of the Five Pillars that comprise the framework of Muslim practice. Short and direct, the term shahadah comes from an Arabic verb meaning “to witness or testify.” It must be stated in Arabic to be ritually acceptable.
The shahadah has two parts. The first declares faith in the one God (Allah): “Ashhadu an la ilaha illa’ Lla...” (“I perceive and bear witness that there is no god except God…”). The second declares belief that the Prophet Muhammad was God’s messenger: “…wa ashhadu anna Muhammadun rasul’ullah” (“…and I perceive and bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of God”).
A person who states the shahadah with sincere intention is considered a Muslim. Consequently, conversion to Islam consists solely of stating the shahadah in the presence of witnesses.
So it says: if you are tired or sad or having any problem just say the first pillar of islam (in order to get better).

' "if you're drained, mad/offended or bored, say 'there's no god yet god'," in accordance to Seidna Muhammed.' honestly you wrote Seidna Muhammem yet i imagine that turned right into a typo. desire this helps. Addition: it doesn't say "Muhammed is the prophet" or some thing like that, it says that Muhammed is saying "if you're drained..." desire that clears up the confusion! human beings seem wondered about that!
