It depends on every individuals. I got this sickness when I had my first child and it was really bad. I felt very normal with my second and third child. A magazine said that taking some crackers will help in the morning sickness. Give it a try and see whether it will help. Good luck.

I've found that my morning sickness varies depending upon how tired I am. For example, yesterday morning I woke up after about 8 hours sleep (which was great before I was pregnant), and I was miserable all day - dizzy, nauseous, vomiting, etc., until I was able to take a nap in the afternoon.

Last night, I slept about 10 hours and although I still feel dizzy, tired and nauseous, it's much better today.

Every day is going to be different for you and everyone else. The trick is finding out what works for you.

I had "morning" sickness in the first trimester with both my pregnancies too. One of the things I could stomach and actually keep down was salt-and-vinegar chips. Don't ask why, but I read it somewhere and it did help. I also found after the really bad morning sickness had passed, that as long as I kept a little something in my stomach, I was fine. If I got too hungry, I got nauseous again.

Yes that happened to me. I lost 10 pounds from throwing up all the time. When you're feeling up to it. go to the grocery store and wander around and something will strike you as something you could actually eat, even if it's not something you usually eat or drink. You could be feeling faint from low blood sugar, so make sure you try and eat something, or try drinking ginger ale, which has enough sugar to keep you stable and the ginger helps with nausea. Congratulations and good luck, this won't last forever.

not yet, but im only 5 weeks. ive heard it can be sporatic for some people. Sometimes you get sick a bunch of times at a certain point, and sometimes you dont. All women are different. I'd ask your doctor just for the heck of it. I always call just about every day with different questions! Shes on speed dial!!

i felt the same way and feeling faint all the time may mean that because your not keeping anything down you may be dehydrated. Go to your ob or family doctor to rule that out and if its bad enough go to the er. When i went to the er i was dehydrated and it took 4 iv bags to pump into me before everything was good. if your really sick all the time they may recommend some anti-nausea med.
