As i am having a baby would the baby be able to be a citizen of both counteries? what do we have to do to get married here? Would we be able to get married before the baby is born i am 6 weeks along?Would we both be intitled to dual citizenship? Could we live in the us and uk? Help!!!

Getting married in the States, or anywhere in the world actually with someone of that nation already entitles you the opportunity to becoming duel citizens. So, just you and him getting wed, makes you both British and American. As for the children, wherever they are born is primary and you can apply for duel for them too. Although, it would be my advice to have the child born in America, due to the political control it yields over most other countries. At least, at this current juncture.

Get a US passport for baby and let dad get a EU passport. Don't tell either country that baby will have another passport and VOILA duel citizenship. My son is British, Bahamian, and American. Three passports and no country is the wiser.

yes, your baby can earn dual citiczenships and you can either live in USA or UK. that's no problem! you just have to be registered in both countries to get that.
