The last Sony have said about EU release is late March, but given their previous form with the PSP and PS2 in Europe, and the horrendous supply problems they've had with the PS3 in the US and Japan, I wouldn't be at all surprised if it gets pushed back to late summer.

You can probably buy one on Ebay, IF you can find a seller who will send overseas to you. I have one in my possession which I listed on Ebay, but cannot get what I need for it.
