They will take your BP, and with every visit after.
They will ask questions like when was your last menstral period to determine due date. They will get a urine sample to check your sugar level. They will do a pelvic/paps tests, looking for infections. They will try to see if they can hear the the baby's heart, (may or may not be able to do so because of the size of the infant). They will do a sonogram to check for placement and confirm age of fetus). Then they will (of should) discuss what to expect from them, what you should do to, and what you should look out for, and how to contact them if you have any questions/problems.
Congrats!

Most likely they will give you a routine exam, take some test like they did before you were pregnant, and they will give you an ultrasound to see just how far along you are. Make sure to remember the moment. The next sonogram doesn't come till a few months later. Also, remember to inquire about the 4D ultrasound and it comes with a DVD.

They'll get a thorough medical history from you, take your blood pressure and give you pap smear, ask about anything unusual happening, ask if you have any question, and take several vials of blood for screening.
