You have a few good cards in here but this deck has no clear focus. Thus in a duel against someone who is really good it will fail. I suggest you buy a Structure deck and build from there.
General deckbuilding tips:
-Try to keep your deck at 40 cards. 45 is the absolute limit you can have and still win.
-You should have no more that 4 tributes and only two 7 star or more tributes per deck. This ratio excluded Cyber Dragon.
-The cards in you deck should work together. Meaning you need to put time and thought into building your deck.
-Know what the cards in your deck do. Go to http://www.netrep.net for card rulings and info.
-Know the actual rules of the game. Go to http://www.upperdeckentertainment.com/yugioh/en/gameplay/default.aspx and I suggest you read the Rulebook and the Basic & Advanced Gameplay FAQs.

Some cards you can't use but the deck looks pretty balance.
Your cards are a bit common, I suggest you to buy new cards.
Other than that your deck is pretty average and can help you win duels. At first my deck was like yours until I bought booster packs to boost up my cards.

how did you get those cards? thats the rich
folks cards i had to jack and get beat up to get
good cards back in da day. your deck is cool
but makes no sense 6/10

wait u can't use monster reborn or any banned cards u can't use (unless ur playing traditional) to make sure go to the site and make sure that u don't have anymore banned cards but any other than than replace that with monster recarnation.

To be honest, it is absolutely awful.
Check out sites like: DuelistGroundz.com and Pojo.com to see how good decks look like.
I'm not meaning to be critical, but that deck is bad.
