I actually don't know anyone personally but I saw on the tv show Rescue 911 where a little boy fell on a pair of scissors & they went through his chest.

No, I never actually tried running w/ scissors, I was always told not to. I have seen that video of that kid throwing the scissors at some other kid and actually getting stuck to his arm...it was pretty gross.

No and I really cannot think of any situation that would necessitate the need to get from one place to the other whilst running carrying a pair of dam scissors....who does that!??!

Scissors no, got hurt (once) while running with a penicil, . . . needless to say I survived. : )

no but once when i was 7 i was running with my hands in my coat pockets and I tripped and fell right on my nose. I don't know how I didn't break it.
