Why do people ask dumb questions when theyre right here on yahoo, type it in and yahoo will give you the links to anything you want! For instance some idiot asked a dumb question like "where do pineapples grow?" Your online why do peoples ask dumb question? I just failed to understand why.

Sometimes it's just quicker to let others do the work! Or, different points of view are valuable (not in the case of pineapples, of course). And silly questions can be a nice break at times.
And before you judge to quickly, remember "What is Jerry's kids?" ~ I'm sure there are links on Yahoo for that! =) But you got your answer, as well as additional information, here.
I've asked my share of 'dumb questions', I'm sure. . . But it's all in fun!

yes and the ones who want you to do their homework. I was over in the math section to discover 14 questions for 10 points uh I can do better than that on my own assignments. Yes I think that some it may be entertaining and others just do not really know where to look or even how to begin to look. It is a scary thing when those who do not what to do or that they are afraid of messing up their kid's computer. The pineapple question may be valid within this reasoning. It is good they found their way to the yahoo questions for it could be the very tool to teach them that it does not break all that easy. Actually most questions here I have found so far are pretty much on the up and up it is the answers that have me wondering...

First maybe they find it easier to ask than to search or maybe for the same reason people use incorrect grammar, they're lazy. Speaking of correct English. The correct word to use in your question "Your online, why do people ask dumb questions?" is YOU'RE which is the contraction of YOU ARE. Your as you wrote is possessive which means it belongs to you. Since the Internet is not yours the grammar is incorrect.

This to has occurred to me.....your right there are some incredibly stupid questions. But as for me, I have fun answering questions. I have asked the occasional question also. Mostly I like to learn from the questions that ppl ask...many things that have never occurred to me before get asked here.

I think its for laughs too-or just trying to think of something to ask so they can be on"answers". I agree- seems kind of silly. When I ask its to get feedback from individuals and their experience on something......Have a good day!
