I'm trying to do an astrology chart, but this is my first time and I can't figure out how to convert local daylight savings time into GMT.... any help would be really appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Depends when your local time is!

It would help to know what time zone you are in. I live in the eastern United states, where we are 5 hours behind the GMT, or (GMT-5).
If you double-click your computer's clock, the 2nd tab is the time zone tab. Pick your time zone from the drop-down list (you probably already did that during setup) and it will tell you your relation to the GMT.

You can find out right on your computer... go to the time in the lower right corner of the screen and right click on it. Then hit the "adjust day/time" button.
then hit the "timezone" box. above the map is where you can choose your timezone. find your timezone and it will tell you what your time is compared to GMT. Say like my time zone is Pacific.. it tells me that i am at (GMT -08.00)
