Let me give you my thoughts for what it is worth. I have lived in my own home for a number of years and in our street and surrounding streets we have had very little crime. Recently the crime rates and antisocial behaviour have increased drastically. Recently we have had a few houses sold to property developers (I have checked the Land Registry) and they are now renting those houses through agents to eastern europeans. Am I racist for telling the truth or am I a realist. Not all whites are good, not all blacks are bad, however, not all blacks are good and not all whites are bad. Is that racist? No the truth.

No, I don't think it's racist for wanting to live in a low crime area but I do think it's racist to say that it's all the blacks fault. There are plenty of young white thugs out there too. Wanting to live in a low crime area is the American dream and a smart thing to do for your family.

No its not, thats silly... The facts you have stated are correct..... do what you will to protect yourself and your family... but I think crime exists in all races..... I think it has more to do with where a person grew up or social status, than colour...
btw I'm not american, the majority of murders and homicides I've seen on CNN, CSI and discovery, are done by whites......
I guess you can't escape crime wherever you go..

I take it you mean area?
Poverty is the usaual cause of crime, and when you have money, regardless of colour of your skin, you move out of an area of crime. Some communities are more supportive than the Anglo-Saxon ones, and may stick together, but Crime remains a symptom of low income, not race or religion.
